Less energy and weight gain have been a struggle in my middle age. I have noticed over the last 10 years after changing careers from restaurant management, where I was working an average of 12 hours per day and on my feet most of those hours , to real estate at  Florida  Platinum  Group- Re/Max Services , where I am on my feet much less and get much less exercise that I have had less energy and gain weight at a faster pace.
