North Lauderdale, Fla.  – A property, located in the subdivision of Lauderdale North Park in the city of North Lauderdale was sold by ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ for $88,000 in March 2013. ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ represented the seller in the short sale transaction.  The Kristin Stampini Team is a Chase Priority Partner.
The North Lauderdale home was listed for sale in October of 2012 and put under contract two weeks later. The mortgage was held by Chase.  Short sale approval was obtained in early March and closed a few weeks later.  The seller was released of a deficiency judgment and was given $3,000 for relocation assistance. The Kristin Stampini Team is a Chase Priority Partner.
"At the end of this transaction a title search turned up a water system contract that had to be resolved," said Kristin Stampini, the real estate team’s leader.   “We encourage homeowners to be aware of agreements that place liens on your property," said Stampini.  “We were excited to bring together both parties to make this sale happen.”
The homebuyer was an investor who purchased the home with cash.  The 3-bedroom, 2-bath home was built in 1977 and included 1040 square feet of living space.  The garage had been converted into an extra room.
