SUCCESSFUL Story “Estate” Sale! We were referred to the seller from a local estate attorney in Boca Raton. This was an emotional sale for the Boca Raton seller and his siblings. Their mother passed away suddenly, the family grew up in this home located in the Community of Boca Raton Square. The mother had lived in the home for over 50 years. Our team handled this very sensitive matter and sale in a timely manner. We recommended estate companies to sort and sell many household items, we were able to recommend cleaning and trash out companies, handymen, and local movers. We handled this sale very deliquilty and with great empathy.






The seller in charge of his mother’s estate was a CEO of a large corporation and was extremely busy while his other siblings lived out of state. We were able to correlate and communicate with all the siblings making this a seamless transaction. Who Pays for Closing Costs When Selling a Home When you get a mortgage there are closing costs involved. On average, closing costs run between 2%-5% of the purchase price. Sellers must pay for both their real estate agents and the buyers’ agent’s commission that is typically 6% of the sales price. It really depends as to who pays for closing costs when selling a home on both parties’ agreement. Rolling Closing Costs into the Loan Usually, you cannot roll your closing costs into the loan except in the case of USDA loans. Mortgage loans have a maximum allowable loan-to-value ratio (LTV ratio). Your loan plus closing costs, minus the down payment cannot exceed the LTV limit.
