Boynton Beach, Fla.  – A home, located in Boynton Beach, was sold by ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ for
$145,000 in June 2013. ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ represented both the buyer and the seller on the
Boynton Beach Heming Way short sale transaction.

The Boynton Beach home was listed in January of 2013. The mortgage was held by Nation Star and was
a HAFA short sale.  The short sale closed in August 2013 and was sold for 100% of List price. The seller
was released of a deficiency judgment and given $3,000 for relocation assistance at closing.
"The South Florida short sale real estate market is changing", said Kristin Stampini, the real estate
