The seller was released of a deficiency judgment and given $3,000 for relocation assistance.
The Boca Raton, FL home was listed in May of 2013 and put under contract shortly after that. The mortgage was held by Indy Mac/One West.  The short sale was approved in 45 days and closed in August 2013.  The buyer paid cash for the property and was updating it after closing.
