Beach was sold by ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ for $100,250. ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ represented the
seller in the short sale transaction. The seller on Hope Valley Street had a mortgage insurance company
involved in the transaction, but did not have to pay anything at closing. The Kristin Stampini Team is a
Bank of America Dignified Transition Solution agent.

"There was a mortgage insurance company involved in this loan," said Kristin Stampini, the real estate
team’s leader. “Having an MI company involved can often add another layer of demands on a short
sale transaction," said Stampini.

The Royal Palm Beach townhome in a gated community was listed in September of 2012 for $95,000. It
was put under contract with a buyer the next month. The mortgage was held by Bank of America. The
short sale approval process took 4 months from the time of contract to closing.

The buyer purchased the home with cash, and paid $100,250.
