West Palm Beach, Fla.  – A property, located in the subdivision of Roosevelt Estates in the city of West Palm Beach was sold by ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ for $91,000 in December 2012. ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ represented both the seller and buyer in the short sale transaction.  The Kristin Stampini Team is a Chase Priority Partner.
The West Palm Beach home on Mangonia Circle was listed for $80,000 in September of 2012 and put under contract just three days later. The mortgage was held by Chase.  The short sale approval was obtained in 75 days.  The short sale closed in December 2012.   The FHA seller was released of a deficiency judgment and was given $1,000 to help with relocation expenses. The Kristin Stampini Team is a Chase Priority Partner.
"The South Florida short sale real estate market is changing", said Kristin Stampini, the real estate team’s leader.  “About 35% of the South Florida market is still distressed, but now we are seeing more homes avoid foreclosure by utilizing a short sale,” said Stampini.
