Dania, Fla.  – A property, located in the Villas at Oak Hammock in the city of Dania Beach was sold by ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ for $80,000. ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ represented both the buyer and seller in the short sale transaction.  The home on SW 40th Avenue had Chinese drywall inside.
The Dania Beach home was listed in September of 2012 for $90,000. The mortgage was held by Nation Star.  The short sale approval took 118 days.  The seller was released of a deficiency judgment on the Fannie Mae loan.  The buyer was an investor who purchased the home with cash.
