Boca Raton Hills Home Just Sold By ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’


The Kristin Stampini Team, a real estate team that specializes in Palm Beach County and Broward County real estate, has closed another transaction. This time, The Kristin Stampini Team helped complete an estate sale in the Boca Raton neighborhood of Boca Raton Hills.

Boca Raton, Fla.  – A 2 bedroom home, located in the subdivision of Boca Raton Hills was just sold by ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ for $235,000. ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ represented both the seller and the buyer in the transaction.  
The Boca Raton home was listed in November of 2012 and put under contract in March of 2013. It closed 20 days later.  
"It’s great to be able to connect a buyer and seller," said Kristin Stampini, the real estate team’s leader.   “This seller was a law firm representing an estate and it was important for them to sell in a timely fashion," said Stampini.  “We were excited to have a buyer who loved the house.  ”
The buyer purchased the home with cash.  The house had several liens that needed to be addressed before title could pass from one owner to the next.  The house which was built in 1975 was in need of repairs and improvements. According to Stampini, “They have big plans for the house and we are excited to see the improvements they will make for the house and for Boca Raton Hills.”
