Boynton Beach, Fla.  – A property, located in the subdivision of Cedarwood Villas in the city of Boynton Beach was sold by ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ for $62,000. ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ represented the seller in the short sale transaction.  The seller on SW 24th Circle never went behind on his mortgage or his association payments and qualified for the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) Program.

The Boynton Beach home was listed in September of 2012 and put under contract in October. The mortgage was held by Nation Star.  The short sale approval took 120 days.  The seller was released of a deficiency judgment and was given $3,000 through the Home Affordable Foreclosure Alternatives (HAFA) Program for relocation assistance.
