‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ Secures Indy Mac/One West Short Sale In Delray Beach

The Kristin Stampini Team, a real estate team that specializes in Short Sales in Palm Beach County and Broward County, has closed another real estate transaction. This time, The Kristin Stampini Team helped complete a short sale for a seller with an Indy Mac/One West  loan in Delray Beach.

Delray Beach, Fla.  – A property, located in the subdivision of Casa Del Rey in the city of Delray Beach was just sold by ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ for $110,000. ‘The Kristin Stampini Team’ represented the seller in the transaction.

The Delray Beach home was listed in September of 2012 and put under contract in October. The mortgage was held by Indy Mac/One West.  The short sale was approved in 40 days and closed in mid-December 2012.   The seller was released of a deficiency judgment by Indy Mac/One West.  The buyer paid with cash.



"This could have been a difficult transaction because the property had a roof leak", said Kristin Stampini, the real estate team’s leader.   “We were happy that we could bring together this buyer  and seller and help the homeowner avoid a foreclosure," said Stampini.
