The Boynton Beach home was listed in September of 2012 and put under contract just five days later. The mortgage was held by Chase.  The transaction took just 59 days from listing to closing.  Short sale approval was obtained in 16 days.  The short sale closed in November 2012.   The seller was released of a deficiency judgment. The Kristin Stampini Team is a Chase Priority Partner. The first time homebuyer purchased the home using FHA financing.
